missingWrote a review on Aug 06noise disturbances
I encountered quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made getting a good night's sleep challenging. The full-length windows, though offering great views, might not suit everyone’s preference, especially if you're sensitive to heights. Small annoyances like the absence of biscuits with the coffee station and difficulty squeezing shower gel from the pump took away from the overall experience.

The location is convenient, with easy access to tram services and close proximity to the BBC and Coronation Street tour. The breakfast selection was noteworthy, offering a mix of cooked and lighter options, all served in a clean and modern dining area.
Room cleaning service was delayed.

Nice clean rooms with great views from the higher floors. Had issues with the air conditioning not cooling properly. Quick walk to trams and local dining options. Had a pleasant experience at the Marco Pierre White restaurant but the bar closed too early for us to enjoy after a long day.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful views from our room and the cozy atmosphere while lounging by the pool. The breakfast spread was pretty decent, and the room was spacious enough to make us feel right at home. One minor hiccup was the hard pillows – a soft option would’ve been nice, but it didn’t really take away from our stay! 😊
